MEET JUDE …

I met Jude when she was not loving her body or moving it at all. Constant neck pain, hip pain and back pain was irritating, frustrating, and making her life difficult. She’d worked with many health professionals before, done all the rehab and yet still felt disconnected from her body, unable to meet it’s needs, and unsatisfied with life.  

This is Jude’s story …

“Having dealt with many health issues and injuries over my time, it has made me much more aware of every aspect of my health. I was so desperate to find someone who was on the same page and who genuinely wanted to support me through my entire health journey. I’ve also completely moved past the point of feeling satisfied with a generic exercise program.

My osteopath recommended Alannah as someone that could potentially help, so I started going once a week. Alannah developed a program that was personalised to me and my abilities. Alannah watched, listened, adjusted, encouraged, and challenged me to explore what my body was and wasn’t capable of.

I have found myself to be stronger, more flexible, and in much less pain than I have been in for many years. It’s made other things like walking and cycling much easier and now I find myself looking for more challenges. I’m also way more in sync with what my body is trying to tell me, which makes me feel so much more confident in being able to embrace new experiences while also enabling me to discern what is and isn’t right for my body.

INITIAL CONSULTATION

(90 minute session)

  • In-depth discussion and movement observation to get to know you and understand how you move.

  • Mapping out your movement strategy for the next three months, both in and out of the studio.

  • Email summary to clarify your focus, our game plan, and share additional tools and suggestions for you to get the most out of your program.

10 x PRIVATE PILATES CLASSES

(Each 50 minute sessions)

  • Build strength, confidence, and resilience so you can move through life with more strength and ease.

  • Providing support and improvement of any injuries, pain, and tightness to ensure your safety and wellbeing.

  • Empowering you to pay attention to your body’s signals and cues to help foster a healthier attitude towards exercise and movement. Not only will this feel good, it will also enhance your self-image.

  • Creating a space for you to learn how to self-govern your own movement and problem solve, enhancing both movement quality and freedom.

  • Establishing a healthy routine by consistently prioritising this process every week. This time is just for you.

  • Checking in on your recovery to gauge your response to exercise and adapt your movement plan accordingly.

  • Revisiting our plan and purpose regularly to ensure you’re satisfied with how things are going.

  • Collaboration with other health practitioners so you feel fully supported in all aspects of your healthcare.

Receive a Home Exercise Kit (including grip socks, small inflatable ball, micro resistance band and wrist/ankle weights) that will keep you moving in safe and fun ways for your body in between sessions.

  • Assessment of how your goals and health journey has progressed and my recommendations for your future body and movement goals.

All this for $250/week for 12 weeks
