    Rosy Movement lives up to its claim that it is a Pilates space for all body sizes and types. I have been doing 1:1 classes for six months with Alannah and each session I have been able to progress my movements under her gentle encouragement and belief in what I can do. When my body type has not allowed me to undertake a specific exercise in the traditional manner, Alannah has been able to simply modify it so that I can engage the correct muscles with zero fuss or judgement.  Alannah (and Bear!) have created a space that helps you reconnect with yourself and rediscover the joy in movement.
