RETURN TO ACTIVITY AFTER EXTENDED BREAK

  • I started doing yoga and pilates after being diagnosed with Endometriosis three years ago. Although I genuinely enjoyed both, I really struggled to maintain consistency. Whenever I would try to increase the number of classes per week or push myself to a higher difficulty level, I'd inevitably experience a flare-up that would then keep me out of action for a week or more. When I signed up to Rosy Movement last year, I was overall quite frustrated with my lack of progress. Having an exercise routine tailored specifically to me — with instructors who understand my pain points — has been a complete game-changer. Learning which movements don't work for my body has been invaluable, and I've been able to carry that knowledge into my other classes as well. I now exercise multiple times a week without any fear of a flare-up. I have more energy, I look forward to every class, I feel optimistic about my condition, and most importantly — I feel strong!

  • "The minute I walked through Alannah’s door I just knew I was onto a great thing! Having dealt with chemo and a bone marrow transplant a couple of years ago it has made me so much more aware of every aspect of health (physical well-being, mental health, stress levels, immune strength). I was so desperate to find someone who was on the same page and so relieved when I did. Training with Alannah ensures that not only your physical health is being looked after but your mental wellbeing, gut health, immune system and stress levels are seen as well. Every sessions is like a big hug and you always leave with the biggest smile on your face!"
