Susan Dowd in consultation with a new client at Rosy Movement's Collingwood Pilates studio

This winter, Rosy Movement is offering something it does not ordinarily offer — designed for people who are ready to begin but want to try before they commit to a full membership.

Your 21 days includes an initial consultation with Susan or Leia, plus unlimited access to semi-private Pilates sessions for the remainder of your time. When your 21 days are up, Susan or Leia will sit down with you for a short reflection conversation about what you noticed and what comes next. No automatic rollover. No pressure.

This offer closes in 30 September 2026 and will not return.
The Winter offer is valid 21 days after first initial visit [this visit = Initial Consultation].

WHAT YOUR 21 DAYS COULD LOOK LIKE

STEP 1:
Book and secure your spot

Claim your winter offer via the booking link. Once confirmed, Susan or Leia will be in touch to schedule your initial consultation.

STEP 2:
Your initial consultation

Your 21 days begins here. A 50 minute conversation with Susan or Leia about your body, your history, and what you actually need right now. This is where your personalised movement menu is built.

STEP 3:
Move. As much as you like.

After your consultation, access to semi-private Pilates classes is yours for 21 days. Attend as many sessions as you want. Start with two sessions in the first week, then 2–3 per week from there. There is no minimum.

STEP 4:
At the end …

At the end of your 21 days, Susan or Leia will sit down with you for a short reflection conversation about what shifted and what comes next.

Semi-private sessions run with a maximum of four people, each working from their own personalised movement menu built specifically for their body, their goals, and where they are right now – which you will do within your initial consultation.

During a semi-private session, Susan and Leia move through the studio with genuine attention — not circling a room of twenty, not following a fixed sequence. Your programme has been prepared, your progress is tracked and reviewed between sessions. Your healthcare team can be looped in where relevant.

The value is not just the 50 minutes.
It is everything that makes those 50 minutes possible.

CONSULTATIONS AND SESSIONS ARE WITH SUSAN OR LEIA

Susan Dowd is a Pilates practitioner who has been part of the Rosy community since the early days. Grounded, precise, and deeply attentive — she notices what others miss.

Leia Mulroy brings an integrative approach that attends to the nervous system as much as the body. Her sessions are calm, considered, and restorative in a way that goes beyond the physical.

Stef

“You go to Rosy for the expertise, but you stay for the kindness and the curiosity. The way they listen and guide, not talk and prescribe, has allowed me to move forward physically and mentally.

Ellie

“The semi-private sessions are great — it's a casual and friendly vibe, and we're all able to work with individual attention on our tailored exercise plans. Each of us gets real sensitivity and response to how we're feeling on that particular day.”

Sophia

“I don't think I've ever experienced a movement space quite as gentle and nurturing as Rosy. I get to explore, soften and challenge myself in a way that feels entirely my own.”

This offer is for people who have felt excluded, dismissed, or simply unseen by mainstream fitness. People who have injuries, conditions, or movement histories that need more than a class format can offer. People who are perimenopause or pregnancy-navigating, in rehabilitation, or simply done with exercise that tells them how their body should look while doing it.

Rosy Movement holds verified status with Size Inclusive Health Australia. The studio has no mirrors. There is no diet culture, no aesthetic commentary, no pressure to perform. The only thing the space asks of you is that you show up.

If you have been looking at this website for a while and not quite taken the step — this is the lowest barrier entry Rosy will offer. It exists because building the semi-private community this winter matters, and because $349 for 21 days of genuinely personalised movement is worth less than a month of most gym memberships.

This offer closes in 30 September 2026 and will not return.
The Winter offer is valid 21 days after first initial visit [this visit = Initial Consultation].

COMMON QUESTIONS

  • No. The initial consultation exists precisely to meet you where you are. Susan and Leia work with complete beginners and experienced movers equally well.

  • This is exactly the environment for that. Rosy specialises in movement for rehabilitation, pregnancy, perimenopause, and bodies that have been let down by less attentive approaches. The consultation is where your history is taken seriously.

  • Because Rosy does not let people drop into sessions without context. Your movement menu cannot be built without knowing who you are and what you need. And we want to walk through equipment and where to find things within the studio ahead of your fist session. The consultation is not a hurdle — it is what makes the rest of your 21 days worth something.

  • Susan or Leia will invite you into a short reflection conversation. The natural next step is a semi-private membership — your spot held weekly, your programme continuing to evolve. You decide whether that is right for you. There is no automatic charge, no pressure, and no hard sell.

  • No. Current members have already completed their onboarding. This offer is for new clients only.

  • 30 September 2026. There is no equivalent offer planned after that date. Nor will this offer be repeated.

Rosy Movement is a small studio with a specific kind of care baked into how it operates. This winter offer exists because getting more people through the door and into the practice matters — and because the people who have been watching from a distance deserve a real reason to begin.
