No automatic membership rollover. No pressure to commit.

This offer closes in 30 September 2026 and will not return. This Winter Offer is non-refundable, non-transferable and will expire 21 days after first initial visit [this visit = Initial Consultation].

WHAT YOUR 21 DAYS COULD LOOK LIKE

STEP 1:
Book and secure your spot

Claim your winter offer via the booking link.

Initial Consultations are available at limited times each week. If you cannot find a time that suits on the schedule, Susan or Leia will be in touch to find you a time that suits.

STEP 2:
Your initial consultation

Your 21 days begins here.

A 90 minute conversation and movement observation with Susan or Leia to learn about your body, your history, and your goals. This is where your personalised movement menu is built. .

STEP 3:
Your private pilates session

A 50-minute private pilates class.

This is where you’re introduced to your personalised movement programme designed from your Initial Consultation. Becoming familiar with the apparatus and studio equipment.

STEP 4:
Move. As much as you like.

You have unlimited access to semi-private Pilates classes (max 4 people) for the remainder of the 21 days.

Your time to experience our intimate group setting, moving with a comprehensive program tailored entirely to you. And with access to our online movement library, your practice continues between sessions too.

Attend as many sessions as you want. Most people find a rhythm for 2-3 sessions a week. There is no minimum.

Then …

At the end of your 21 days, Susan or Leia will sit down with you for a reflection conversation about what you felt, noticed and what comes next.

Semi-private sessions run with a maximum of four people, each working from their own customised movement menu — built around their body, their goals, and where their capacity is right now.

In a semi-private class, Susan, Leia and Alannah move through the studio with unhurried attention, fostering awareness and embodiment rather than dictating exercise. The aim is for you to feel into your own body and build the agency to make informed choices, in session and beyond our studio walls.

Movements are learnt, layered, and built upon over time, with your progress tracked and reviewed between sessions.

You have access to our online movement library to keep you moving between classes, and where relevant, your healthcare team can be looped in too.

The value we offer at Rosy is not just in the 50 minute sessions. It is the people, the structure and the depth of care the membership model makes possible that will really move the needle on your health and movement goals.

CONSULTATIONS AND SESSIONS ARE WITH SUSAN OR LEIA

Susan Dowd is a Diploma-level Pilates practitioner and one of Rosy's originals. She is grounded and precise, with a deep attentiveness to the person she is working with. Susan is completely obsessed and fascinated with every iteration, variation and possibility the pilates method can translate. She uses all of it to make your experience feel entirely personal and purposeful.

Leia Mulroy is a Diploma-level Pilates practitioner and 350-hour trained yoga instructor, with a background in nutritional medicine. Her sessions are integrative by design, drawing on a combination of modalities to serve whoever is in front of her, in whatever way they need that day. Our members describe her sessions as exacting and restorative. In a way that comes not from doing less, but from understanding more.

Kate

“What I love about the semi-privates is the camaraderie between clients and the instructor. I feel calm and supported, with no pressure to perform. The class sets me up for the day.”

Ellie

“The semi-private sessions are great — it's a casual and friendly vibe, and we're all able to work with individual attention on our tailored exercise plans. Each of us gets real sensitivity and response to how we're feeling on that particular day.”

Sophia

“I don't think I've ever experienced a movement space quite as gentle and nurturing as Rosy. I get to explore, soften and challenge myself in a way that feels entirely my own.”
